Balance Sheet
A report that summarizes the financial position of a business. A balance sheet shows the value of your company's assets, liabilities, and equity as of a particular day. It is called a balance sheet because the value of the assets is always exactly equal to the combined value of the liabilities and equity.

Cash Flow
Cash Flow report summarizes cash in and cash out transactions that took place during a given period. This report is important to reveal your standing cash and your burn rate. CashCoolCom provides two different cash flow reports: One that calculates cash and cash flow from cash transactions, while the second calculates cash and cash flow by subtracting non cash transactions.
Profit & Loss
Profit & Loss is a report that shows your profit and loss standing based on income resources and expenses within a givnen period of time. CashCoolCom offers three different Profit & Loss reports.
Trial Balance
This report creates a trial balance as of a specific date. The report show the balance of each account in debit and credit format. This report is meant for accountants.
Aging
This report summarizes the status of unpaid invoices in accounts receivables. for each customer who your company money, the report shows (1) what he ows your company for the current billing period, and (2) what the customer still owes your company from previous billing periods.
Sales Reports
An extensive group of reports that provides detailed and summarized views of the sales that took place within a given period by customer, items, cost center, etc...
Purchase Reports
An extensive group of reports that provides detailed and summarized views of the purchases that took place within a given period by vendor, items, cost center, etc...
Items Reports
